Children's Classes
Children's classes at Gold Country Kuk Sool Won are FUN! Children will build strength, balance, coordination and self-discipline while having a great time learning our martial art. The self-confidence and self-esteem that is gained through Kuk Sool training will enhance your child's life. The high energy and positive atmosphere of the classes help students reach their potential while allowing them to progress at their own pace according to their abilities. Along with being introduced to Korean culture and language, students will develop "Jung Shin." This Korean term means to focus your mind and heart 100% on what you are doing at any given moment. Jung Shin may be applied to school work, sports, and daily life.
